Returns

Our return policy lasts for 4 weeks after the product has been received. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the period of 4 weeks.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

All discounted items and sale items are final sales (non-returnable, non-exchangeable.)

All digital products and event tickets are final sales. Event tickets can be transferred to another person. Contact us, if you cannot attend the event and want to move the ticket to somebody else.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original tags attached.

You can return your product for Bohemian’s credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If you want to return the product, please do the following:

  • Send an email at customerservice@bohemiansminds.com titled “Return”
  • Please tell us the reason for the return and the preferable return method (Bohemian’s credit, refund, or a different product)
  • Please include your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number
  • Once the email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions and with the address for the return
  • Our mailing address is not the address for the returns!

Exchange

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Read the DAMAGED GOODS section for more information.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Damaged Goods

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please do the following :

  • Send an email at customerservice@bohemiansminds.com titled “Damaged”
  • Email us a photo of the damaged goods
  • State where the product is damaged
  • Please include your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number
  • Once the email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions and with the address for the return
  • Our mailing address is not the address for the returns!

A refund won’t be made for the damaged item unless the item can’t be replaced.

Refund

If the returned product cannot be exchanged (e.g., the product is out of stock), we can offer you a refund, a preorder (if applicable), or Bohemian’s minds credit.

Gift

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (the address on order), so he will be contacted about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Bohemian’s credit

Bohemian’s credit is a gift/coupon card you can use for purchasing goods at our store.
