Worldwide, but unfortunately we don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- North Korea
The shipping is counted live on the checkout. It all depends on the products you have ordered and where you live. Some of the products are sent from different warehouses. You can see all the shipping prices on the checkout.
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Some of the products are located in a different warehouses, which means they’ll be shipped separately. All the shipping cost is counted on the checkout.
Yes, once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We will process the order within 2-3 working days and ship the order within 3-5 working days. The delivery time may vary based on where the package is sent.
Our return policy lasts for 4 weeks after the product has been received. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the period of 4 weeks.
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please do the following :
- Send an email at email@example.com titled “Damaged”
- Email us a photo of the damaged goods
- State where the product is damaged
- Please include your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number
- Once the email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions and with the address for the return
- Our mailing address is not the address for the returns!
A refund won’t be made for the damaged item unless the item can’t be replaced.
If the returned product cannot be exchanged (e.g., the product is out of stock), we can offer you a refund, a preorder (if applicable), or Bohemian’s minds credit.
Bohemian’s credit is a gift/coupon card you can use for purchasing goods at our store.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
No, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. And we will cover the costs of the product and shipping a replacement order for you.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the yours address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
If you are unable to locate the package, please contact the carrier.
